OpenHousePal offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order lookup, or email us at support@openhousepal.io and we will help process it through Paddle.

After the refund window

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page to stop future renewals. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
